At LOAF SOCIETY, each product is made to order. This approach allows us to produce intentionally and avoid unnecessary inventory.

Processing & Production

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product, production facility, order volume, and time of year.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, and fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be fulfilled by different production facilities. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking information.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
